COVID-19 came into being in most parts of the world with a great panic among the global community resulting in people taking in all sorts of supplements, concoctions, spices, salad of medicines, and other remedies in high doses in order to protect themselves from COVID-19 . Most of these combinations of supplements and remedies contain high doses of chemicals which may have a negative impact on the health system. Some of these supplements contain high doses of synthetic vitamins and minerals.  The adverse effects of these synthetic compounds go far beyond the idea of the overdose.
