EMPLOY THE PROFESSIONALS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19

Image
Most people are dying in this COVID-19 era, not because of the viral infection but panic. Panic is  a sudden overpowering fright, in this state, there is a  sudden sensation of  fear , which is so strong as to dominate or prevent  reason  and  logical  thinking, replacing it with overwhelming feelings of  anxiety  and frantic  agitation  consistent with an animalistic  fight-or-flight  reaction. Some people, both infected and non-infected with COVID-19 are dying because of panic from time to time. Some countries are becoming so intense with panic because of the way data and information are communicated to them. Panic attacks bring about racing heart and breathing difficulties and predispose people with other conditions such as stroke, hypertension, and diabetes to death. Ghana as a nation, Africa as a continent must be able to employ the services of Clinical Psychologists, Diversional Therapists, Cognitive and...
